Hybrid Event: Wembley Stadium in London and Online

It has been some time since we were able to meet project controls experts in the field face-to-face. But in November we are able to meet you again in London. After Queen, the Rolling Stones, Sir Elton John, and practically all the best football players in the world, it is now time for Cleopatra Enterprise to shine in the Wembley Stadium in London. From this iconic stadium, we will be sharing knowledge, give presentations, and man our booth to answer all your questions regarding Cleopatra Enterprise or project controls in general.

As traveling abroad still brings issues, the Project Controls Expo UK is a hybrid event. This means you can also join the event online from the comfort of your home or office. You can attend the presentations online, and next to our booth at the Wembley Stadium, you can also visit our virtual booth.

Digital Field Change Management: Revolutionizing the Traditional Way of Managing Changes in Projects

Field change management - a challenge for many companies during the execution of large technical projects. A lot of paperwork is involved, which proves to be time-consuming and inefficient.

In this session, Stefan Bakker will discuss why a Digital Field Change Management system is crucial for successful projects and how it can replace the entire manual field change tracking procedure. He’ll also cover how this system fits in the Total Project Control Process.

Stefan Bakker | Technology Zone | 12:15 - 12:55 (GMT) | November 16th
